Shipping & Returns Policy
Due to the hygiene factor involved with our products, they are non returnable.
However, in case you have received an incomplete or wrong or broken or damaged or used or tampered product, we will accept a return and give you full refund.
To be eligible for the refund under the above situation, here are the policies:
- Customer has to inform us within 48 hours of the delivery via phone or Email id given below: phone: +918527974145 . Email id: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Customer needs to be willing to provide the images, videos as and when asked regarding the claim.
- Product packaging, labels and tags need to be present at the time of return.
If all the above policies are followed, we will send for a reverse pickup to your shipping address registered at the time of order.
Please note that replacements/returns are not accepted if:
- The return request is made outside the specified time frame
- The product is made to order or personalized.
Outside the above given reasons, we do not accept any return requests.
Once a successful claim is registered and we receive the product along with packaging and tags, a refund will be initiated within 2 working days towards your mode of payment/store credit as per your preference. Please allow another 8-10 working days for the reversed credit to reflect in your payment mode due to bank policies.
Plume Beauty is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within maximum 4-8 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation or the delivery date intimated to the customer via Email/Phone. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card OR the shipping address as specified by the customer at the time of order. only at all times. It will take another 3-8 days by the shipping agent to deliver the product to your address.
If there is an expected delay in dispatch or deliveries due to high sales volume or any other reason, the customer will be informed via Email, phone by Plume after placing the order. The customer will be free to cancel the order or wait until the expected delivery time as communicated. In such special cases, the shipping timelines mentioned in the previous paragraphs do not apply. Plume Beauty is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.
While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
All our orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within maximum 4 – 8 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms.
